Prepare the pitch
You need a one-sentence description and a deck. The deck can be a PDF, PowerPoint PPT, or PPTX up to 10MB, or an https link that a stranger can open. If the link asks for a login, upload the file.
The form asks for the founder’s name and email, the company, a website if you have one, the one-liner, a sector, a stage, a location, and the raise if you have already chosen a number. The raise can be blank. “We have not set it” is a better answer than a figure you invented an hour ago.

What the email contains
On submit, the site sends one email to pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com. The message includes the answers you typed. If you uploaded a file, it is attached. If you pasted a link, the link is in the body. The site does not put the pitch on a public page.
You will not receive a copy. Watch the founder email you typed. That is the only address an interested angel has, unless they already know you.
Delivery uses Resend, an email provider. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. A reply to the notification goes to the pitches inbox, because that is the Reply-To address. The founder’s address is written in the message so a reader can write to you directly. The note for angels explains the same thing from their side.
Until a sending domain is verified with the email provider, the visible From address may be the provider’s onboarding address rather than an address at dubaiangelinvestor.com. The body still names this site and the founder.
A reply, if one comes
There is no status page, no score, and no second email that says “in review”. If an angel wants to talk, they write to you. If they do not, you will not get a rejection note either. Plan the rest of the raise as if this inbox does not exist, and treat a reply as extra.
A same-week reply is possible. So is no reply. The site does not publish a service level, because it does not have one.
What this desk will not do
- It will not claim to be a named angel network, a fund, or a family office.
- It will not sell an introduction or take equity for the form.
- It will not coach the deck. The guides are general.
- It is not a bank, an accelerator, or a government programme, and it is not affiliated with DIFC or any free zone.
If the form fails, send the same material yourself to pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com from the founder’s address. Include the one-liner in the first lines of the email so it can be read on a phone.
