Who this notice is about
Dubai Angel Investor is the name of this website. The contact address for a privacy request is pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com. The site does not ask you to create an account.
What you submit
If you use the pitch form, you send: founder name, email, company name, website if you add one, a one-liner, sector, stage, raise amount if you add one, location, a deck link if you add one, a deck file if you upload one, and a confirmation that you have the right to share the material. The file may be PDF, PPT, or PPTX, up to 10MB.
Do not send passport copies, bank passwords, or a customer database. If the deck contains personal data about someone else, you need a proper reason to include it.
Why it is processed
The information is processed so it can be emailed to pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com, where a reader can decide whether to contact you. That request is the reason it is processed. It is not used to build an advertising profile, and it is not sold.
The email includes your address so an interested angel can write to you. The site does not send you a confirmation copy.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection data, such as IP address, to deliver and protect the site. The pitch email does not include your IP address. Cloudflare’s own notice is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The pitch email is sent with Resend. Resend receives the form fields and any uploaded deck in order to deliver that message. Resend also keeps delivery logs under its own policy, which is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The site does not add a separate analytics tool or an advertising pixel.
Where it lives
The pitch lives in the pitches@ inbox. This site does not run a pitch database of its own. Inbox retention depends on that mailbox. There is no fixed deletion date stated here, because inventing one would be false.
Cloudflare and Resend are companies whose infrastructure can sit outside the UAE. If you submit a pitch, you are sending it through those providers. If that is a problem, do not use the form and do not email the deck.
Cookies
The pages do not set a first-party analytics cookie. The form does not use a tracking cookie. Cloudflare may use technical cookies or similar signals to keep the site available and to resist abuse. They are not used here to build an advertising profile.
Deletion
Email pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com from the founder address you used, and include the company name. The message will be deleted from that inbox where it is still there. Resend’s logs and any mailbox backup may outlive that deletion. Say so in the request if you also want the operator to ask the provider about its logs. This page does not promise a statutory deadline.
Children
The site is for founders raising money, not for children. Do not include a child’s personal data in a deck.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The version in force when you submitted is the one that described that submission.
