The service
Dubai Angel Investor is a website. If you submit the pitch form, the site attempts to email your answers, and your deck if you uploaded one, to pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com. The service is free. It does not take a fee, a warrant, or equity for the form.
The site is not a venture fund, a broker, a placement agent, an exchange, or a regulated investment adviser. It is not affiliated with DIFC, the DFSA, any other free zone, or any government programme. Nothing on the site is an offer of securities or a solicitation to buy securities.
No meeting is promised
A submission is not an application that must be answered. Many pitches will receive no reply. The site does not guarantee a reading, a meeting, an introduction, or an investment. It does not guarantee that the email will be delivered. Spam filters, outages, and the email provider’s rules can stop a message. If the form fails, you may email the deck yourself to the same address.
Your pitch
You keep all rights in your deck and your other materials. You give permission for the material to be emailed to pitches@dubaiangelinvestor.com, kept in that inbox, and shown to an angel a reader of that inbox chooses, so they can decide whether to contact you. You do not give permission for the deck to be published on this website or sold as a list.
You confirm that the information is true to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share the deck, and that you will not upload unlawful content or malware. The site does not virus-scan files.
Do not send a pitch if you are looking for a job, a loan, a grant, or a visa. Do not submit other people’s decks. Do not use a script to send bulk submissions.
The guides
The pages about decks, Dubai licences, and pitching are general notes for founders. They are not investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Licence names and ownership rules change. Confirm anything that affects your company with a qualified adviser or the authority that issues the licence.
The site’s own text
You may read the site and link to it. Do not copy it and present the copy as your own investor platform.
Liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for an angel’s decision, for a failed delivery, for how a recipient handles your deck, or for a loss that follows from relying on a guide page. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not choose a court or a governing law.
Refusals and changes
A submission may be ignored or deleted, including if it looks like spam or breaks these terms. These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force when you submitted covers that submission. There are no accounts, so the site cannot email every past founder about a change.
